Once you have a home blood pressure machine, please ensure that the cuff fits you correctly for a more accurate blood pressure reading. Once you are ready to check your blood pressure, sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground, breathe normally, and stay calm with the cuff on. Stay seated and relax for another minute and then recheck your blood pressure.
