With Patient Ally, you can refer to your medication list, track your visit encounters, and obtain lab or imaging results.

Medication Refill Policy

Refill Requests: Please contact your pharmacy three business days before you need a medication refill. If you have remaining refills, the pharmacist can usually refill the medication, or they will submit a refill request to our office electronically, via fax, or by phone. You must notify the pharmacy on time when refills are needed.
